Shorewater Resort is located oceanfront in Qualicum Beach, BC, offering direct beach access and stunning views of the Salish Sea.

We offer a variety of fully equipped suites, including ocean-view units, beach-level suites, loft units, and family-friendly layouts with kitchen facilities.

Yes! Guests enjoy immediate access to the sandy beach right in front of the resort—perfect for tide-pooling, long walks, and incredible sunrises.

Yes. Most units include full kitchens or kitchenettes with essentials like cookware, dishes, and utensils. This makes the resort popular for extended stays and family vacations.

We don’t currently have any pet-friendly units. This may change in the future if an owner chooses to offer one, so please be sure to review the policies for your specific unit when booking.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests.

Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle per unit. Additional street parking may be available on a first come, first serve basis.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM - We will contact you once your vacation rental is ready via email with instructions on how to access your rental.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Reservations are made through our rental management company, True Key Vacations. Upon reservation, a 50% deposit is required via major credit card. The remaining balances are due 7-days prior to check-in.

Please note, guests must be at least 25 years old to rent a vacation rental at Shorewater Resort.

Cancellations up to 14-days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14-days of arrival, will receive 50% of the deposit back.

Please note, full payment is due 7-days prior to arrival, no refund after that. There are also no refunds for late arrivals, no shows or early departures.

Smoking is NOT permitted inside any vacation rental property. Designated smoking areas will be marked, if not, smoking will be permitted outside. Please be respectful and use appropriate containers for ashes and cigarette butts.

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Housekeeping and property checks are conducted upon check out.

The guest must report promptly any loss or damage to the unit or its contents to the True Key Vacations team by calling 1-250-347-2992. The guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest.

Yes, the resort is minutes away from Qualicum Beach Village, where you’ll find cafés, bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques, and essential services.

Shorewater Resort does not feature a pool or hot tub, but the ocean is right outside your door—and guests love the peaceful, quiet atmosphere.

Unfortunately, Shorewater Resort does not have BBQ's on site and they are not allowed on the property or beach due to Strata bylaws.

Yes! Many guests stay multiple weeks or months, especially in fall and winter. Contact our team for long-stay rates and availability.
