Our winter office hours are from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm daily, Pacific Time
Visitors staying with guests will be charged for as per the posted rates
Monthly rates do not apply to periods less than 30 days
10% BC taxes and 5% GST are extra
Deposits are required to make a reservation. Deposits will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee and a $50 transaction fee, with 30 days cancellation notice on a short term reservation. Without notice, extra fees will be charged
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 will be taken at least 60 days prior to guests´ arrival to confirm monthly reservations during the winter season
